Terms and conditions $15,000 worth of prizes to be won 

1.  Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

2.  The Promoter is GM Homes (Australasia) Pty Ltd ABN 67 132 782 551 of address 6/84 Brisbane Road, Labrador, Qld, 4215 in conjunction with G Developments Pty Ltd. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoters, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and persons under the age of 18 are ineligible to enter. Entry is only available to entrants from Australia.

3.  No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes. An entry is only eligible when all requested information on the entry form is completed. Entry accepted in writing or lodged electronically when all relevant information is completed.

4.  The competition commences the 28 January 2020 and closes 06 December 2021 – someone will get a great Christmas present as the draw is to be held on 13 December 2021 at the promoter’s offices (address as per point 2 above) at 12 noon in front of a justice of the peace or police officer. Draw method to be used is random computer selection. Three Prizes of $4999.99 are up for grabs so good luck.

5.  All reasonable steps shall be taken to notify the winner or winners either by landline, mobile number or Text to Mobile (that’s why we request all this information) should we be unable to contact the winner on any of these contacts within 3 months, a second draw will be held on 13 March 2022 (at the same offices mentioned above) and the first draw becomes null and void, so please fill in all your details carefully and double check it’s correct.

6.  In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.  All entries become the property of the promoters. The information collected from this entry form is collected for the purposes of the advertised promotion and utilised by the promoter. Should you win, it is a condition of entry that you agree to be photographed accepting the prize and agree that the promoter may publish such photographs in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any payment or compensation to you.
